1. Will AI Affect Jobs?

The short answer is yes. The long answer is yes, and there are diverse opinions on this question about how it will affect and which jobs it will affect.

I will add more resources here later. These two can help as a simple starting point.

2. Jobs least affected by AI

A Forbes article on this link suggests that people working in the agriculture industry, manufacturing and factory workers, and health care workers (excluding some jobs such as medical secretary jobs, health information technicians, etc.) will be the least impacted.

3. How will AI affect the future of work?

The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs 2023 Report gives an overview of some predictions about:

This report can be relevant if you want to be even more data-driven and strategic when choosing your next training or skills to learn in your free time.

Five things I found interesting in this report and hope will help you, too:

1. Six in 10 workers will require training before 2027.

2. Top 3 skills on the rise are:

  •  Analytical thinking
  • Critical thinking
  • Technological literacy

3. Only half of the workers have access to adequate training opportunities.

  •  AI and machine learning specialists
