About Me
My name is Tuba. I am based in beautiful Switzerland and for about 20 combined years have helped corporate companies, marketing agencies, and local start-ups scale their digital businesses, or brilliant high-achieving professionals grow their careers.
The last decade of my international work experience covers various local, regional, and global leader or consultant roles for advertising agencies, and Global Fortune 500 companies with employees from 100+ nationalities. (e.g.: Sony Mobile, F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Turkcell Telecom, Allianz Insurance, Grey London etc.)

I dream and champion the expansion of inclusive, impactful & constructive leadership where everyone has access to the resources they need to grow and thrive. My true north is to help people grow their career, and digital business to create positive value for the people they impact. I do this through providing mainly three types of services:

Starting my career in Istanbul in local online start-ups and moving to marketing agencies & the corporate world in Istanbul, Munich, London, and Basel helped me experience different perspectives, cultures, and leadership styles. Having navigated challenging career transitions myself, I have developed a deep appreciation for authenticity, curiosity, diversity and inclusion, collaboration, speaking up, growth mindset, realistic optimism, and learning agility. As a coach and consultant, I leverage these to support my clients.
When I am not working, you might find me hiking with my husband somewhere in the mountains, travelling with my friends, hugging a coffee - machine, reading a book called "How Not to Kill Your House Plants" or "How to Cook for Starters so That Your Friends Want to Still Come to Dinner After the 1st Invite", learning something new or designing products.
